Frequently Asked Questions
FREQUENTLY asked questions

Here are some common questions we've received from our clients

How long does an inspection take?

Our complete home inspections normally take between 2-4 hours on site.  These estimates can change depending on the property’s age, size, and overall condition.

Why should I get a Home Inspection?

A home inspection, although not a warranty, allows the buyer or seller to make informed decisions based on a detailed report.  This allows Buyers to make an informed purchase whilst being fully aware of any current problems or defects. For a Seller, it allows for any corrections to be made prior to listing and may allow for a much smoother transaction for all parties involved.

How do I get my Home Inspection report?

Upon the completion of the Home Inspection, the onsite inspector will finalize his or her report and an electronic copy, PDF, will be sent via our software program.

What if I have further questions after I receive the report?

We are available to aid our clients after the report has been sent.  Our customers are like family. You have questions, we have answers.  Need an item to be clarified further?  Text, call or email and we will respond ASAP.  Customer service is our backbone.

Do we need to be there for the inspection?

While it's not mandatory for all parties to be present during the inspection, we highly encourage it. This way we can show you and discuss any pressing issues.

How much does a Home Inspection cost?

Cost is determined by factors relevant to each individual home, as all properties and inspections are different, age, size, condition, location etc.  So, we ask that you have as much information as possible to allow us to provide the most accurate and fair price.
